Privacy
Your privacy matters to me – especially in therapeutic work. This page explains which data is processed when you visit this website and when you get in touch. This is a translation for convenience; only the German version is legally binding.

No data protection officer has been appointed, as there is no legal obligation to do so.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by [hosting provider, company name, address]. When you open a page, the server automatically stores information your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. Log files are deleted after [7/14/30] days at the latest. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
3. Fonts, images and videos
Fonts, images and videos are served directly from this server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other external providers when you visit the website.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use analytics, tracking or advertising services. Only two technically necessary settings are stored:
- a cookie with your chosen language (
NEXT_LOCALE), so you see the website in your language, - your chosen colour scheme (light/dark) in your browser's local storage.
The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can delete both in your browser at any time.
5. Contact by email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram
When you write to me or call me, I process your details (name, contact details, content of your message) to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange an appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a session, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I delete your message once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Please consider which personal information – for example about your health or life situation – you want to share in writing beforehand. A few words are enough for a first conversation. If you share such information of your own accord, I process it on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) solely to deal with your enquiry. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
6. Messengers and video sessions
We may use WhatsApp, Telegram or Zoom for arrangements and sessions. The respective providers process data such as phone number, name, IP address, device information and communication metadata under their own responsibility:
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. Messages are end-to-end encrypted; metadata may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA.
- Telegram: Telegram Messenger Inc., Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Standard chats are not end-to-end encrypted; there is no adequacy decision for transfers to third countries.
- Zoom: Zoom Communications, Inc., 55 Almaden Blvd, San Jose, CA 95113, USA.
Meta and Zoom are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. Using these services is voluntary – we can always talk by email, phone or in person instead. I do not record our conversations.
7. Data from sessions
Notes and personal information, including health data, may arise during our work together. I process them confidentially and solely for the purpose of the sessions, on the basis of Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR or your explicit consent. For children, consent is given by the legal guardians. I keep invoice data for up to ten years in accordance with tax law.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). A short message to olla@annedraskowitsch.de is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example [competent authority at the place of business; in Baden-Württemberg: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart].
9. Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
